VALLEY INTERFAITH ACTION
THE CLIENT
Valley Interfaith Action (VIA) is an organization located in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County Virginia. The group strives to bring institutions and their leaders together to become a power force to build a stronger, more connected community.
THE ASK
VIA is looking to increase their member interaction and attendance to meetings and events. My group and I were tasked with creating a digital interactive advertisement campaign.

Incorporating a way to advertise out in the community that would encourage people to get more information on VIA socials.
Focusing on a simple design approach with a strong color scheme to tie each slide together.

DESIGN RATIONAL
COLOR SELECTION
Since VIA already has established a strong brand identity, we wanted to be sure we were implementing the same colors found in their logo and on their social media into our designs.
DECORATIVE ELEMENTS
VIA has a professional and polished look to their brand that I wanted to respect, but also introduce a more playful side to our ads that would allow them to stand out while also sticking to a theme.
FINAL PRODUCT
INSTAGRAM ADS
When designing the Instagram ads, we wanted to be sure the elements applied were productive for the platform. This is why I decided to focus on putting content out on the accounts story. I was able to come up with a base design and include the interactive elements through the app.
FACEBOOK ADS
When looking at designing ads for Facebook, we knew having a series of posts with interactive links imbedded would be the most productive use of the platform.
OOH AD ELEMENT
My group wanted to play around with the idea of putting a physical advertisement out into the community to attract new members to visit VIAs social media channels. This is when we came up with a flow chart that would lead individuals through a series of questions until they get matched with a persona represented in VIA.
